Gerardo (Jere) Avila, M.B.A., is an experienced and 10-year seasoned working professional who provides landscaping and design support. He personallly designs frontyard and backyard landscapes that include water features - waterfalls, ponds, jacuzzi, and swimming pools, patio areas, Spanish smooth and brick oriented walls, pavers, flagstone, and specialized iron gates.
Jere has Managed day-to-day operations and performed supervisory duties when coordinating landscape services. He has project management skill sets along with software project management application knowledge.
He has developed, implemented, and evaluated program standards for landscape skill improvement; and directed all purchasing activities along with preparing bid requests.
Furthermore, he monitored contract performance on an ongoing basis using his experience as a program manager at a large telecom company.
Working as ABCD Landscaping, he has submitted over 200 bids annually and of those, secured 75%. Reduced survey time by 50% by introducing new landscape monitoring instruments; increased sales by 13% by educating clients in how to increase property value.
Jere is a hands on manager and is at every project personally making sure every project is correctly performed.
